The Società Dante Alighieri Italian Schools
With an extensive educational programme, the Società Dante Alighieri Italian Schools provide Italian language and culture courses that meet the various needs of the wide range of foreign students they are intended for.
The Italian Schools are located in the historic centres of Rome, Florence, Bologna, Milan and Turin, five wonderful cities among the most popular destinations in the Bel Paese. Their location is central and strategic: easy to reach with public transport and close to the most important tourist attractions of artistic and cultural heritage.
The Italian Schools are a solid point of reference for learning Italian in Italy in compliance with the main European quality standards for learning foreign languages.
The Italian Schools take part in national projects and promote collaboration with organisations, institutes, companies and Embassies.
The Italian Schools are PLIDA (Progetto di Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri) certified centres, (https://www.dante.global/it/certificazioni/certificazione-plida) the official certificate of the Società Dante Alighieri that certifies competence of Italian as a foreign language.

Students from outside the European Union who wish to study in Italy must apply for a study visa at the Italian consulate in their country of residence.

Premio Internazionale di Letteratura “Il Sigillo di Dante”
La Società Dante Alighieri-Comitato della Spezia bandisce la undicesima edizione del Premio Internazionale di Letteratura “Il Sigillo di Dante”.Verranno premiate cinque tipologie di lavori: poesia inedita, libro edito di poesia, poesia dialettale, narrativa edita o inedita, saggistica edita o inedita.Per partecipare bisogna inviare la propria opera entro il 31 luglio 2026.La cerimonia di premiazione si terrà a La Spezia nel mese di ottobre.In allegato (clicca qui) il bando per partecipare al premio.
